Topic Analysis of Lobby Activities Text

We plan to conduct latent dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic-based analyses of comment letters to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). The topic analyses will help inform our study of the differences in lobbying themes between various constituents (e.g., firms, accountants, investors). Additionally, given the breadth of our sample, we will be able to examine changes in these themes over time.
