We are running ImageJ to process particle images from TEM data. On a given sample, we need to take up to 250 frames of TEM data, typically at 1-2 MB each. However, the TEM process can be automated to do this, and he can stitch together the frames into an ‘image’ with a size ~ 500 MB. We would love to run the contrast and thresholding processes on the whole file, but get memory allocation errors every time.
