Advice, Advice Perceptions, and Power

In this project we investigate how advice seeking, the perception of others’ advice seeking, and self-perceived power are co-evolving over time. The literature suggests that misperceptions of advice seeking are linked to increases in self-perceived power.

Handling Missing Data of Nodal Attributes with BERGMs and SAOMs

Missing attribute data cause severe problems for current estimation routines of exponential random graph models (ERGMs) and reduce the power of stochastic actor-oriented models (SAOMs). I have already developed solutions for these issues; however, I want to test their effectiveness on a large scale.

Evolution of Networks in small teams

How do workflow-networks and leaderships perceptions co-evolve overtime? We have data on 155 teams, their workflow and their informal leadership structures. Estimating the desired model on such data is virtually impossible without using an HPC.
