Research Activities

Our research includes various genomics (RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spatial RNA mapping) and proteomics (tandem mass spectrometry and IMS) using ovarian tissues in rodent ovaries and follicular aspirates from the human ovary. Data obtained from all these analyses are huge and not able to be stored on personal computers and also need to be analyzed in HPC.
