I am, Seyed Hamid Hamraz, a computer science Ph.D. student here at UK. I am currently doing an RA appointment under supervision of Dr. Calvert at the CS department. I am visually impaired and making use of computers through a screen reader.

My task for the moment is to investigate the ways/tools accessible to a visually impaired person like myself in order to make an efficient use of the supercomputing facilities at the University of Kentucky. For the moment, there is no specific research project going on. However, I will potentially try to define a research project as my dissertation later on. There are no other person involved in my activities at this stage.
